How many sessions will I need?
Coaching is usually delivered as a structured package of 3-6 sessions depending on your needs and aspirations. Counselling is usually by regular appointment (for example every week or fortnight), for as long as you require. Individual Stress Resilience sessions can be delivered standalone or as a series depending on your preference.
Do you provide consultations out of hours?
Yes. I endeavour to provide a range of times to accommodate different working styles and locations, including evenings and some weekends. Please discuss your requirements with me when you make your enquiry.
Do I need a referral from a GP and can I receive a refund from Medicare or a health fund?
No. You do not need a referral. I do not provide rebates under Medicare or health funds. For coaching related to work, your employer may be able to support you as part of your continuous professional development (CPD).
Do you provide coaching or mental health support to organisations or teams?
Yes. I have extensive experience working with a diverse range of organisations and am able to provide coaching, mental health support and stress resilience programs to your employees. This can be virtual or potentially onsite.
How long will I need to wait to get a session?
I reserve sessions each week for new clients to ensure minimum wait times.
What if I need to cancel a session?
If you need to cancel a session, I would appreciate 24hrs notice.
