  • I have specialised in coaching and counselling individuals in resilience and wellbeing for the past 10 years, following a rewarding corporate career in senior roles in Australia and overseas.

    During this time, I have worked with people experiencing a breadth of challenges and developed expertise in supporting people move through adversity and make positive changes to rebuild and grow their lives.

    I am a qualified mental health professional with a warm, supportive and calm demeanour and a passion for ensuring my clients derive benefit from the work they do with me.

    My approach is strengths-based, solutions-focused and draws rigorously on the scientific evidence for resilience and human change.

    I hold a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne; Graduate Diploma of Counselling and Masters of Social Work (Qualifying). I am a member of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).

Virtual sessions at a time that is convenient for you.

I provide online consultations for clients from across Australia.

I can also arrange face to face sessions in Sydney (East) and Melbourne (Albert Park).
