I work with people going through challenging life circumstances, as well as people seeking to rebuild or make changes in their personal or professional lives. I provide coaching, counselling and individual stress resilience programs for people experiencing:

Coaching is a proactive and empowering way to explore options for making change and holds you accountable (in a positive and rewarding way) to the actions and intentions that you have nominated are important for you.

It helps you recognise the resources, strengths, attributes or approaches you can draw upon to feel less stuck or to make change.

If you are already clear on your goals and aspirations, it can help you determine how to get there or keep you on track with the actions you have identified. I will guide, encourage, challenge and support you, recognising that you are ‘the expert in your own life’.

My counselling practice framework is person-centred, strengths-based and solutions-focused. I integrate focused psychological strategies such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and mindfulness along with approaches from acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), grief and loss, and resilience theory.

 I am warm, open and non-judgemental and my clients often feedback that they feel safe and comfortable sharing in their counselling sessions with me.

Stress Resilience Programs

A personalised approach to learning and practicing skills to manage your nervous system and how it responds to stress.

These unique one-to-one experiential sessions integrate talk therapy; breath practices; restorative yoga; non-sleep deep rest (yoga nidra); meditation; relaxation, self-compassion and psycho-education.

They incorporate the science of rest, recovery and lifestyle modification for managing the nervous system, and practical tips for incorporating these into everyday life.
