Career Resilience and Wellbeing coaching can be especially helpful when you are:

I have provided 1:1 coaching to people from a diverse range of demanding contexts and have expertise in providing coaching that is impactful, tailored and realistic to your specific context and circumstances.

I draw on a biopsychosocial approach to wellbeing that considers how physiological, psychological and social factors interconnect to create meaningful and lasting change.

Why Coaching?

Coaching is a proactive and empowering way to create a space for you to explore options for making change. I will challenge and support you to find creative solutions that you may not have considered on your own and will hold you accountable (in a positive and rewarding way) to the actions you have nominated are important for you.

I will also help you recognise the resources, strengths or approaches you can draw upon to feel less stuck, or if you are already clear on your goals and aspirations, I can help you stay on track with your actions.

I will guide, encourage, challenge and inspire you, respecting that you are ‘the expert in your own life’.

Stress Resilience Programs

An experiential and practical approach to learning skills to manage your nervous system and how it responds to stress.

These unique one-to-one experiential sessions integrate talk therapy; breath practices; restorative yoga; non-sleep deep rest (yoga nidra); meditation; relaxation, self-compassion and psycho-education.

They incorporate the science of rest, recovery and lifestyle modification for managing the nervous system, and practical tips for incorporating these into everyday life.
